Edward’s Federal Election Commission VIOLATIONS!

How ironic that during the 2008 campaign Edward was crying foul about Robert Wexler’s FEC filings accusing him of fraud and he is doing the same thing! People that are usually guilty of something always accuse others of doing  the same thing to deflect the attention off of them…I think in psychology it’s called ‘projection’, this personality trait is consistent with someone who suffers NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER.

Go to www.fec.gov and search Ed’s filings. Looks fishy!!!!   FEC August 2008 LetterFEC December 2008 LetterFEC July 2009 LetterFEC May 2009 LetterFEC October 22 2008 LetterFEC October 2008 LetterFEC October 2009 Letter

There are going to be at least three new violations filed against Ed. Apparently, Ed did not pay his former campaign manager Michael Solomon (who quit). Mr. Solomon had to sue Ed in court and obtain a judgment against Ed for the amount of $5,000 plus attorneys fees plus interest! (see attached: SolomonvsLynch1, SolomonvsLynch2 ) Mr. Solomon also placed a lien against Ed (see attached: SolomonLienagainstLynch ) Why is this a FEC violation? According to the gentleman at the FEC office in Washington, D.C., Ed should have filed the money owed to Mr. Solomon as a debt to be paid since he didn’t do that it would be considered a donation-in-kind. Not reporting either is a VIOLATION!!!! Let’s not forget Conservative Radio Talk Show Host Steve Kane. Steve Kane also sued Ed for work (advertising) during Ed’s 2008 campaign (see attached: KanevsLynch ) and AGAIN, Ed did NOT PAY HIM! People! Are we seeing a pattern of bad behavior? If you answered ‘yes’ you get the door prize…screwed by Ed if you vote for him! Guess what? This is also a FEC VIOLATION! There’s one more! Ed incorporated ‘Lynch for Congress’ with the state of Florida as a ‘For-Profit-Corporation’ (see attached: LynchforCongress, Inc – for profit ) Tisk! Tisk! Bad boy Eddie, you got yourself another VIOLATION! The gentleman at the FEC said that you can incorporate a campaign for the purposes of legal liability protection but you can’t incorporate a campaign for profit!

There are more people who Ed owes so that means more lawsuits and more FEC violations! This dead-beat wants to be our Congressman?! Lynch wants the trust of the people and he wants to manage our money?! No thanks! Sending Ed to Congress is like sending a sex addict to a brothel and telling him “Don’t do anything wrong!”

Lynchslies- I LOL’ed when I read your response to disgusted GOP voter. Now that Ed has come out and done a press release to apologize for spreading nonsense about Mr Solomon, I wonder if this will give the Lynch Drones pause to reconsider- maybe this site is 100% accurate and they are the one’s who have been duped!!!

Get over it!! This is a favor to you that you get to face reality sooner rather than later.

To Mary in Miami: What part of “I spent thirty minutes on the phone with the FEC didn’t you understand”? Go to the FEC website and call them yourself. Your accounting perspective means nothing. The FEC has specific rules that need to be followed.

To Disgusted GOP Voter: RE: Mike Solomon…How’s that egg coming off your face, Dimwit?

Okay. I was thinking about this more today. If the Lynch campaign’s accounting is done on a cash accrual basis, then the expenditures do not get recorded until the transaction takes place. So, the payment to Solomon would be recorded when the $5000 (or $1000 or whatever) payment actually takes place. So, from an accounting perspective, there does not appear to be any violation.

To Mary: Volunteers who donate their time to make phone calls, hand out campaign flyers, etc., do not need to be reported for donating their ‘time’. If people spend money on the campaign or make a donation over $250 it MUST be reported.

    Regarding this statement:
“According to the gentleman at the FEC office in Washington, D.C., Ed should have filed the money owed to Mr. Solomon as a debt to be paid since he didn’t do that it would be considered a donation-in-kind. ”

Does that mean that any volunteer on a campaign needs to be reported in the FEC filings as a donation-in-kind? At that point, wouldn’t Mr. Solomon be considered a volunteer? I don’t see how any campaign could keep track of all of its volunteers.

From what I see on the FEC website Mr. Lynch didn’t post the FEC filings by the deadline but all issues have since been corrected and he is up to date on his filings. He shows filings for all quarters and it appears the FEC may have asked him to clarify a few items but from looking at other candidates and sitting congress people that doesn’t seem to be out of the norm.

You seem to be making a bigger deal about the FEC reports than it really is.

    Stephen,

Why don’t you just read the judgments above (Solomon vs Lynch)? You will see that a judge ordered Ed to pay 5k plus interest not even 90 days ago. I highly doubt Mr. Solomon would need the money that badly that he would settle for 1/5 of what is owed to him.

I’m curious….does Ed put you in a trance before he brainwashes you or does he just snap his fingers and you take the bait hook, line and sinker? And idiots like you vote! Sheeesh! There should be a minimum IQ requirement.

    Get your facts straight dimwit.
It was a settlement. Solomon tried to get 5k in small claims. Lynch settled
for 1k to shut him up. The stipulation was he was supposed to stop
slandering Lynch. Obviously he hasn’t. That will cost him.

“This litigation is ongoing and Solomon will likely lose and have to pay Lynch’s legal fees”
This is the dumbest thing I have read all day. The case is close and Solomon won. What is it with you Lynch Mobsters? You’re brainwashed!

  10. January 26, 2010 at 3:36 am

You are a such a drone. The court RULED IN MIKE SOLOMON’S FAVOR! The evidence has been attached to this post. LYNCH LOST. You have no arguement!
There you go trying to deflect attention away from Ed by talking about Joe Budd. Who cares?!
Lynch is a pathological liar, a hypocrit and a fraud. You are going to feel so stupid when the Democrats expose all his dirty laundry…there’s plenty, this is just the tip of the iceberg!
Robert Wexler didn’t need to go after Ed because he’s NOTHING!

This is the most foolish attack of all. Michael Solomon didn’t live up to his agreement with Lynch and after making inappropriate comments about not being affectionate with his own daughter, because he didn’t know where to draw the line, Solomon was let go. This litigation is ongoing and Solomon will likely lose and have to pay Lynch’s legal fees.

As for the FEC, until a few days ago Joe Budd’s FEC page indicated that his Party Affiliation was “unknown” his money raised was $0 and his cash on-hand was also $0. He waited until he finally filed with the FEC to attack Lynch, but his Party Affiliation still says “unknown” (probably because he’s a closet Democrat). Budd claims he’s raised more money than Lynch but if you take a look you’ll see that Joe raised $23,142.00, $12,200 of which came out of his own pocket.

Again, Budd can’t compete on the issues and is attacking Lynch on things that even Robert Wexler wouldn’t touch.

Maybe the question we should be asking is, “How much will Ted Deutch be paying Budd to throw the General Election, if we’re unfortunate enough to have Joe Budd as the GOP nominee?”
