Edward Lynch’s Failed Businessess

Edward Lynch claims to be an entrepreneur and business consultant. As a business consultant, he claims to have helped several people from losing their businesses. I can’t imagine why anyone would take business advice from this man when SIX of his SEVEN Florida businesses have been Administratively Dissolved by the State of Florida for FAILURE TO FILE annual reports and his corporation in Nevada has been PERMANENTLY REVOKED by the State of Nevada! Information is pending from New Jersey.

You have to ask yourself: What is going on? Why doesn’t Ed file his corporate financial reports with the state? What does he have to hide? Is he paying his taxes? Is he reporting income? Are these just shell companies? Why was his Nevada Corporation permanently revoked? Are these the actions of an honest man with business integrity?

All of this information is PUBLIC RECORD and available on the internet! See for yourself!

Get a clue. If you were to search my name you would come up with about 10 different companies that I have either owned or been a partner of. When you choose to not refile your business gets administratively disolved. That is how the process works. That does not mean your hiding something. That does not mean you arent paying taxes. What that does mean is the thing you were trying to do wasnt working out or decided to change the name to make it more appealing to your customers. Any moron who has owned or has considered owning a business would know that.

I just looked on Wexlersweb I don’t see any shell businesses for for Wexler, some very shady investing for sure but no shell companies, not sure what your are reading doesn’t seem you know what your reading either.

So when Price does it is OK? Yet when Lynch does he is hiding something. Your kidding right? Now your down to “it is something”? Grasping at straws are we? Your failure to understand business is clear.

It is something. It shows a pattern of irresponsible behavior! One or two companies failing is one thing but when you have several companies being dissolved by the state for not filing annual reports is something else. What is he hiding? Lynch made it a big deal about Wexler having shell companies.

Administratve disolution is no big deal what so ever, Curt Price, another candidate in this race even has two (CE Safes Real Estate and CE Safes Leasing) companies that were revoked due to failure to post annual reports. Mr. Price never discusses any business failures, does that mean he is hiding something also? Go to sunbiz.org, search records and look under Price, Curtis.

It happens all the time. Another case of trying to turn nothing into something. I have to say it would appear the author of this website has never been in business and therefore has little to no understanding of it.

I don’t work for anyone. I am a voter with a brain who can think for themselves. I am an AMERICAN PATRIOT and WARRIOR who is sick and tired of politicians destroying our country.
Unlike you sheep, I will no longer take the word of any politician! I will investigate EVERYTHING THEY SAY. I will do my homework and be a truly informed voter.
I refuse to put party above principles and character. Conservatives must start challenging the credibility of politicians, even in their own party!
All of Lynch’s words mean nothing when there is plenty of evidence that contradicts him.
You just keep being a sheep being led to the slaughter by your leader.

Who do you work for moron, Price or Budd? You have no idea what you’re talking about. But I do enjoy watching you dig a deep hole for both of them. I certainly hope neither of them plans to run for office in Palm Beach or Broward Counties as Republicans EVER again.

Lynch’s businesses were dissolved FOR FAILURE TO FILE QUARTERLY and/or ANNUAL REPORTS! What is he hiding? He can’t handle filing paperwork for his companies…then he can’t handle Washington.

This is what you need to realize…THE ONLY REASON LYNCH WANTS TO BECOME A CONGRESSMAN IS SO THAT HE CAN HAVE HIS LIENS, CREDIT REPORTS AND LEGAL PROBLEMS WIPED OUT! HE WANTS TO HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE THINGS GO AWAY!

THE TRUTH IS NOT MUDSLINGING! EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED IN THE COURTS! We have enough crooks and liars in Congress so we don’t need another like Lynch. CHARACTER, INTEGRITY & HONESTY ARE WHAT COUNTS! Ed is lacking all three.

Get a clue. Administrative Dissolution means he stopped doing business and the corporations were dissolved, PERIOD! It doesn’t mean the business failed.

You’d think a financial planner would know that. But I guess when you get your diploma online in December 2008 at a cost of $800, you get what you pay for.

On the other hand; Joe Budd has had two complaints filed against him by clients in his financial advisor business.
One in Feb. 2002 for $561,992.00 which he settled for $158,251.00 and another in May 2002 which he settled for $218,627.00.

But of course we should be talking about the issues, not mudslinging.
Budd can’t compete in the arena of ideas so he’s attacking on things that even Robert Wexler wouldn’t touch!
