On October 28, 2008 a Miami-Dade County Court Judge signed an order of EVICTION to prevent Edward from returning to or occupying the apartment of Gabriela Marin-Thornton located in Miami. Ms. Thornton filed suit against Ed for FORCEABLE ENTRY/DETAINER on October 6, 2008.
Go to http://www2.miami-dadeclerk.com/public-records/. Select ‘Standard Record Search’, then type in ‘Thornton, Gabriela’. You will see 6 pages of court proceedings. Go to page six and you will see her case against Edward.

Is this the Edward Lynch running for congress? According to your earlier blog entry, “Edward’s Federal Election Commission VIOLATIONS!,” he’s never lived at that Miami address that’s referenced on that Final Judgment of Eviction.
