Edward’s Federal Election Commission VIOLATIONS!

How ironic that during the 2008 campaign Edward was crying foul about Robert Wexler’s FEC filings accusing him of fraud and he is doing the same thing! People that are usually guilty of something always accuse others of doing  the same thing to deflect the attention off of them…I think in psychology it’s called ‘projection’, this personality trait is consistent with someone who suffers NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER.

There are going to be at least three new violations filed against Ed. Apparently, Ed did not pay his former campaign manager Michael Solomon (who quit). Mr. Solomon had to sue Ed in court and obtain a judgment against Ed for the amount of $5,000 plus attorneys fees plus interest! (see attached: SolomonvsLynch1, SolomonvsLynch2 ) Mr. Solomon also placed a lien against Ed (see attached: SolomonLienagainstLynch ) Why is this a FEC violation? According to the gentleman at the FEC office in Washington, D.C., Ed should have filed the money owed to Mr. Solomon as a debt to be paid since he didn’t do that it would be considered a donation-in-kind. Not reporting either is a VIOLATION!!!! Let’s not forget Conservative Radio Talk Show Host Steve Kane. Steve Kane also sued Ed for work (advertising) during Ed’s 2008 campaign (see attached: KanevsLynch ) and AGAIN, Ed did NOT PAY HIM! People! Are we seeing a pattern of bad behavior? If you answered ‘yes’ you get the door prize…screwed by Ed if you vote for him! Guess what? This is also a FEC VIOLATION! There’s one more! Ed incorporated ‘Lynch for Congress’ with the state of Florida as a ‘For-Profit-Corporation’ (see attached: LynchforCongress, Inc – for profit ) Tisk! Tisk! Bad boy Eddie, you got yourself another VIOLATION! The gentleman at the FEC said that you can incorporate a campaign for the purposes of legal liability protection but you can’t incorporate a campaign for profit!

There are more people who Ed owes so that means more lawsuits and more FEC violations! This dead-beat wants to be our Congressman?! Lynch wants the trust of the people and he wants to manage our money?! No thanks! Sending Ed to Congress is like sending a sex addict to a brothel and telling him “Don’t do anything wrong!”

Edward J. Lynch Was or Is a Democrat?!

Edward Lynch has been campaigning for two elections professing that he is and has always been a Conservative Republican. Guess what? He’s LYING again. Attached you will find Edward’s voter registration history. This history reveals that Edward was a registered Democrat from April 18, 2000 to April 28, 2004. Edward claimed in Broward Politics that  “I have always been a Republican. When I first came down I think they registered me as a Democrat and I had to correct it when I got my license. As soon as I found out I changed it.”

Mr. Lynch, who is ‘they’? Didn’t YOU fill out the voter registration application? Let me refresh your memory for you Mr. Lynch!

4-18-00: You registered to vote.

4-19-00: Your voter registration card was mailed to you.

5-31-01: You submitted a street name correction.

8-7-01 & 8-15-01: Address confirmations were sent.

9-19-01: YOU submitted an address change; address change was confirmed and a NEW VOTER CARD WAS SENT TO YOU!

9-20-01: YOU requested your voter card.

9-26-01: A NEW VOTER CARD WAS SENT TO YOU! (That’s TWO NEW voter cards in SEVEN DAYS! Aren’t you LUCKY!)

4-10-03: YOU REQUESTED ANOTHER VOTER CARD.

4-17-03: Your new card was sent!

4-24-03: You requested ANOTHER address change.

1-8-04: You requested ANOTHER address change.

4-28-04: YOU FINALLY changed your party affiliation from DEMOCRAT to Republican! (Is this when you decided to run for Congress?)

4-30-04: Your NEW VOTER CARD with YOUR NEW PARTY AFFILIATION WAS SENT.

So Mr. Lynch, is your memory refreshed? Let me help you some more…you had the foresight to request address changes and/or address confirmations SIX TIMES; YOU requested your voter registration two times and the Supervisor of Elections SENT YOU YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION CARD FIVE TIMES and you didn’t know that you were a registered Democrat on FOUR of the five voter cards?! I bet you decided to run for Congress and changed parties because you knew you would never beat Wexler in a Democratic primary.

Don’t insult the voters of District 19 or Republicans! You can’t worm your way out of this one! If you can’t keep your addresses straight and your party affiliations straight and if you can’t be HONEST & TRANSPARENT…WE DON’T NEED YOU IN WASHINGTON! You have proven that you are a RINO so do the voters of District 19 a huge favor and WITHDRAW from the race.

p.s. to reader: You can confirm this info by looking at the Supervisor of Elections report attached and you can verify the addresses where Mr. Lynch lived by going to the Property Appraiser’s website (http://www.pbcgov.com/papa/Index.htm) and do an address search then click on “all sales”.

Our version of “Wexler’s Web”

There is a saying: Luke 6:31 “Do unto others as you would have them do to you”

In 2007, Edward lynch launched a site exposing the “truth” about his former opponent, Congressman Robert Wexler”.  It was called Wexlers Web, and detailed his many financial dealings. In essence, Lynch vetted Wexler for us.  We intend to return the favor in this blog.  There is much that needs to be reported regarding Congressional-hopeful Lynch and it will be organized and discussed in one concise blog.
